KGS Hybrid® diamond flap disc is suitable for coarse grinding. The disc is built up of metal bonded diamond flaps, making it very aggressive. The material removal and speed of the KGS Hybrid® disc are comparable to those of cup wheels, but the vibration of the machine during use is considerably less.

The flap disc is excellent for calibrating and grinding. It is also suitable for making facets, grinding edges and surfaces. The disc can be used on granite, composite, concrete, ceramic and hard stone.
